Maintaining all personal related data files & ensuring validity of requirements like visa, medical insurance card, security pass, license etc.
Preparing annual leave plan of all staff.
Coordinating with the HR Department for facilitating leave forms, salary certificates etc.
Preparing KPI reports.
Coordinating all requirements concerning labor camp & transportation.
Managing all allocated vehicles; ensuring that insurance, CNIA pass and registration is valid.
Preparing purchase requests for spare parts & consumables & also coordinate with suppliers for delivery.
Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time.
Handling Employee Grievances.
