HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Red Hat Project Manager to lead and oversee projects related to Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, and cloud infrastructure . This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of Red Hat solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Red Hat OpenShift / OpenStack projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and DevOps teams to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, roadmaps, and status updates.
• Allocate resources effectively and track project budgets.
• Implement and oversee Agile / Scrum practices for project management.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in IT and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, Linux environments, and Kubernetes .
• Experience with cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps methodologies .
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automation tools, and hybrid cloud environments .
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Red Hat Certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift, Red Hat OpenStack Administrator ) are a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
