Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  2. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
  3. Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
  4. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
