Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruitment Specialist with extensive experience in the real estate industry. This role will focus on recruiting top talent for various positions within PAD Properties, including sales, leasing, property management, and administrative roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to identify and attract qualified candidates who align with the company’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions within PAD Properties, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  3. Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source candidates for diverse real estate roles.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and develop pipelines for key positions in the real estate industry.
  5. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and assessments.
  7. Prepare job offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate industry professionals and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  9. Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.
  10. Assist with employer branding efforts and promote PAD Properties as an employer of choice within the real estate sector.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  3. Proven experience in hiring across various roles within the real estate sector, including sales, property management, and administration.
  4. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  7. Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and other industry-specific tools.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  9. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
