Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Specializing in sourcing suitable candidates as per the requirement/job description.
  2. Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels.
  3. Familiarity with UAE job portals/boards and utilizing their purpose efficiently.
  4. Managing end-to-end process of recruitment.
  5. Suggest changes and enhancements.
  6. Keep track of the recruitment with full contact information.
  7. Identify tough job openings and examine the best method to fill them.
  8. Analyze recruitment software and make changes and enhancements as needed.
  9. Maintain the paperwork of the recruitment process.
  10. Train new HR Recruiters (induction program).
  11. Build relations with candidates through social media and at events.
  12. Coordinate with hiring managers to set selection criteria for future hires.
  13. Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
  14. Screen CVs from candidates who have applied via job boards.
  15. Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  16. Interview candidates in person if required.
  17. Measure the results of candidate experience in surveys.
  18. Manage and maintain candidate database.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. 3+ years experience as a recruiter.
  2. Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions.
  3. Background with recruitment software and features is a plus.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and solid time management abilities.
