HR/Recruitment Specialist
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Specializing in sourcing suitable candidates as per the requirement/job description.
- Craft job descriptions and post job ads on various channels.
- Familiarity with UAE job portals/boards and utilizing their purpose efficiently.
- Managing end-to-end process of recruitment.
- Suggest changes and enhancements.
- Keep track of the recruitment with full contact information.
- Identify tough job openings and examine the best method to fill them.
- Analyze recruitment software and make changes and enhancements as needed.
- Maintain the paperwork of the recruitment process.
- Train new HR Recruiters (induction program).
- Build relations with candidates through social media and at events.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to set selection criteria for future hires.
- Perform initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs from candidates who have applied via job boards.
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Interview candidates in person if required.
- Measure the results of candidate experience in surveys.
- Manage and maintain candidate database.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years experience as a recruiter.
- Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions.
- Background with recruitment software and features is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solid time management abilities.
