Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic workforce planning.
  4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  5. Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and Gulf region-specific regulations.

HR Operations

  1. Design and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated regularly.

Employee Relations

  1. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee concerns and grievances.
  3. Conduct performance management processes, including regular evaluations, feedback, and career development planning.

Strategic HR Leadership

  1. Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, advising on HR best practices and trends.
  2. Develop and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies.
  3. Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and employee retention.

Compliance and Risk Management

  1. Ensure compliance with Gulf labor laws, visa regulations, and employment standards.
  2. Manage workplace health and safety policies and initiatives.
  3. Handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in HR and recruitment, ideally within the education or Gulf sectors.
  3. Strong knowledge of Gulf region labor laws and employment practices.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
