HR & Recruitment Manager

Role Introduction

We're seeking an HR & Recruitment Manager to lead our people operations and talent acquisition efforts at CozmoX AI. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies and recruitment initiatives that support our growing AI employee platform. As a key member of our team, you'll build efficient HR processes, foster a positive company culture, and ensure we attract and retain exceptional talent. Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end HR functions including employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and company policies.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals across technical, product, and business functions in a competitive talent market.
3. Lead full-cycle recruiting processes from job description creation to offer negotiation, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
4. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, employee referrals, social media, job boards, and industry events.
5. Create and nurture a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives, regular feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
6. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance to managers on people-related issues.
7. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company growth while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Design compensation and benefits strategies that help attract and retain top talent while managing company resources effectively.
9. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and translate requirements into compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
10. Leverage data and metrics to analyze HR and recruitment effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and track progress toward goals.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles, with demonstrated ability to support growing organizations.
2. Strong understanding of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
3. Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, with experience hiring for technical and specialized roles in competitive markets.
4. Experience building HR processes and systems in high-growth environments, ideally in technology startups.
5. Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in human resources.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees and candidates at all levels.
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; relevant HR certifications a plus.
8. Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).

1. Experience in HR and recruiting for AI, machine learning, or enterprise SaaS companies.

3. Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
4. Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and building inclusive workplace practices.
5. Background in supporting remote or distributed teams.
6. Understanding of immigration and visa processes for international candidates.
7. Experience with HR technology and tools to streamline people operations workflows.
8. Strong project management skills to handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
