HR and Recruitment Coordinator
This role involves operational HR responsibilities and talent management, ensuring uninterrupted HR processes & effective headhunting. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Head of HR and will be responsible for supporting employees across all companies, managing HR administrative tasks, and driving recruitment activities to bring top talent into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, including setting up accounts in internal systems and assisting with enrollment in the payroll platform.
- Maintain an organized system for storing employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support the Head of HR with various administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, updating employee handbooks, and coordinating internal communications regarding company policies.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department managers to create clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions.
- Manage the publication of job vacancies across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
- Actively seek out and engage potential candidates through job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and other platforms. Use creative strategies to identify top talent that aligns with the company's needs.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate match, confirm alignment on role expectations, and gather information to present to internal hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring principals, ensuring a cohesive experience for candidates and the team.
- Oversee the transition of selected candidates into the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are complete, and new hires are set up for success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations and/or recruitment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with HR management systems and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to have, but not required):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology, web3, or AI sectors.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll and recruitment software solutions.
