Job Title: HR Recruitment Coordinator

Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or Hospitality; MBA / Management Post Graduates preferred

Job Function: HR / Industrial Relations / Training

Skillset: Online recruitment system, competency-based interviewing techniques

Requirements:

  1. Passion for finding the right talents.
  2. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify luxury talents.
  3. Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
  4. High level of common sense and problem-solving skills.
  5. 2 years HR experience or 4 years in a comparable industry's resourcing team.
  6. Minimum 1 year managerial experience.
  7. Experience with online recruitment systems and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  8. Strong system and data analysis skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills.
