HR Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Recruiter at Jon East Digital Media, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to join our global digital marketing team. This individual will work closely with the HR Manager and must effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition preferably in digital marketing or related industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and retain top talent
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, laws, and regulations
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
