A reputed group of company needs experienced recruiting staff for hiring needs in construction, property, real estate, transportation, and garage.

Responsibilities:

1. Posting job ads and shortlisting candidates.
2. Conducting interviews and selecting candidates for management.
3. Coordinating with different departments within the group and evaluating staffing requirements.
4. Arranging online interviews if required to hire candidates from other countries.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates must have UAE experience in hiring both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
2. Complete knowledge of different job portals for ad posting is a must.
