Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs. Your main duties will include managing job postings, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to build strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
  2. Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  5. Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
  6. Extend job offers and negotiate salary terms with selected candidates.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
  8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
  9. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract top talent.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  2. Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP)
  3. Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques
