Full job description

HE Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end process of finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent for an organization.

Job Description

• Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand the organization's short-term and long-term staffing requirements.
• Create and post job listings on various platforms, including job boards, the company's website, social media, and industry-specific websites.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background checks to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Collaborate with the hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation and initial training.
• Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements to ensure the recruitment process is in compliance.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in recruiting in the Real Estate Industry.
• Proficiency in recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7 PM

Location: Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE.
