Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and the ability to effectively identify and attract high-caliber candidates. The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Coordination and Administration:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work”.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support branding initiatives and enhance the company’s presence in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
