We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and the ability to effectively identify and attract high-caliber candidates. The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges.
Candidate Management:
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Coordination and Administration:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Promote the company’s reputation as a “best place to work”.
Employer Branding:
Participate in job fairs and career events.
Collaborate with other team members to support branding initiatives and enhance the company’s presence in the industry.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings).
