We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other resources to source candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates as needed.
Stay informed of recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Teams, in-person).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
