Job description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees, with experience in the Oil & Gas industry considered an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE is required.

In addition to a competitive salary, the selected candidate will receive visa and insurance coverage for themselves and their family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions across various departments.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in accordance with job requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
  • Assist with the development of job descriptions, advertisements, and job postings to attract the best talent.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE, with a strong background in recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
