As an HR Performance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success through comprehensive data analysis and insights into HR performance. You will collaborate closely with our team to identify key performance indicators, evaluate trends, and develop strategies to optimise employee engagement and productivity.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE
Conduct in-depth analysis of HR metrics and data, including but not limited to recruitment, retention, performance, diversity, and employee engagement.
Utilise statistical techniques and predictive modelling to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement within the HR function.
Develop and maintain sophisticated performance dashboards, reports, and visualisations to provide actionable insights to Head of HR and key stakeholders.
Partner with the business to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to integrate HR data with broader business metrics and initiatives.
Lead ad-hoc analytical projects and research initiatives to support strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development efforts.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
