- Assist in processing payroll data by ensuring accurate entry of employee hours and pay rates, reducing errors and enhancing payroll efficiency.
- Support the collection and verification of employee documentation, helping to maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Participate in the resolution of payroll discrepancies, providing timely support to employees and ensuring satisfaction.
- Help maintain payroll records and databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration, assisting in the communication of payroll-related benefits to employees.
- Assist in generating payroll reports for management, providing insights into payroll trends and discrepancies for strategic planning.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on payroll software and regulations, enhancing personal skill sets and team knowledge.
- Participate in payroll audits, working with the team to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing innovative ideas to streamline payroll operations and reduce processing time.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes as they relate to payroll.
