Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business administration or equivalent
2. Proven track record and over 5 years of core experience in HR Operations, within UAE-based manpower outsourcing industry (white collar and blue collar)
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Experience in handling vendors for temporary staffing
6. Ability to build and maintain client and employee relationships
