HR Officer (UAE National)

As a member of Munich Re, the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a HR Officer to handle the HR administrative support to the MedNet HR team.

Your Role:

• Monitor new housing prepayment requests and salary advance requests to ensure that applicable policy is implemented.
• In coordination with the PRO office, manage the visa process for employees including Entry Permits, Residence Visa, Dependents Visa, and Visa Cancellation, ensuring all applications are processed smoothly and issued on time.
• Prepare HR reports including the HR Budget and provision for all employee-related benefits.
• Support the HR Team in establishing, adapting, and enhancing policies and templates for MedNet Bahrain.
• Manage the administrative work for training or events, such as arranging training venues and required materials, to ensure smooth execution.
• Responsible for employee onboarding in coordination with the Hiring Manager/HR team, ensuring effective delivery of the company message and standards to new employees with high quality.
• Contact training providers for training administration purposes.
• Maintain frequent contact with concerned regulators.
