HR Officer / HR Generalist

We are looking for a HR Officer to be a part of our HR team in the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle
• Candidate Management
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers
• Employer Branding
• Onboarding and Orientation
• Coordinating the hiring process (documentation, working visas, etc.)
• Implementation and development of HR policies and procedures within the Company

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR Department in the UAE market (experience in construction company is a plus)
• You should be prepared to work full-time from our office in Dubai ASAP
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively without micromanaging

• Location: Dubai (Art of Living Mall or Dubai Investment Park)
• Working schedule 6-1 (Monday-Saturday, Sunday - off)
