HR OFFICER
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes and advising management accordingly.
- Oversee and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations, providing guidance to supervisors and managers.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills related to HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management and project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor laws and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.

Pay: AED4,000 - AED5,000.00 per month
