Knowledge of HR functions especially recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures.
HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
Ensuring the implementation & adherence to various policies, processes, procedures & systems across the organization.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Analyze data/information for reporting as submitted by the Unit/Department Team to ensure accuracy before submission to the Management and/or as mandated.
Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, maintaining Employee data, and drafting employment contracts, and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
Monitor Unit/Department current projects and tasks and support all team members to keep workflow on track.
Prepare and develop manpower reports & maintain master database of employees.
Coordinate with PRO for employees visa, Renewal of Visa and other labor and immigration activity.
Coordinate with the sites for arranging staff training session, ADNOC Medicals, H2S, Third party card and other activities.
Payroll: Compile all employee’s timesheet and submit to accounts for Salary processing.
Resolve employee issues and keep update top management for resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree /Diploma in Human Resources Management
Native Arabic Speaker only.
+ 10 Years proven UAE experience as HR officer, administrator other HR position. in a contracting/engineering company.
Very good command of English language. Arabic language is desirable.
