HR Officer

Rubber World Industry, Ajman, the leading manufacturer of HVAC products in the region, is hiring an HR Officer to be a part of our team to support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
2. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
3. Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
4. Ensure company policies are up-to-date and adhered to.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
6. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
7. Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with certification in HR.
2. 5-8 years of proven experience in HR, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of UAE & KSA Labour laws.
6. Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP software.
