Job Title: HR Officer
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to support the HR department in implementing policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation programs and documentation.
    Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  2. Employee Relations and Support:
    Address employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues.
    Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
    Promote a positive work environment and maintain open communication channels.
  3. Performance Management:
    Assist in the performance appraisal process by tracking performance evaluations and providing necessary documentation.
    Support managers in setting goals and monitoring employee progress.
    Provide feedback to management on performance trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Training and Development:
    Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills.
    Monitor training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
    Maintain training records and assist in creating development plans.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR regulations.
    Update HR policies and procedures as needed.
    Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance and address any issues identified.
  6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
    Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
    Maintain accurate records of payroll and benefits-related data.
  7. Reporting and Documentation:
    Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement.
    Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity.
    Document employee records, including contracts, leaves, and performance reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Certifications (Preferred): CIPD, PHR, or SHRM-CP.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
