Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will play a critical role in the success of our organization by attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent. You will be responsible for supporting our employees by providing a wide range of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and more. You will also play a key role in continuously improving our HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with different departments to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
  3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to support the development of our employees.
  5. Monitor and manage employee performance by conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance performance.
  6. Foster a culture of employee engagement and ensure employees feel valued and motivated.
  7. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance, support, and resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and performance management processes.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  6. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  9. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
