Obtain from Talent Acquisition Team the Manpower Mobilization Schedules reflecting all candidates required for mobilization.
Obtain required documentation including passport and other necessary details for travel and visa requirements and upload to HRMS.
Mobilize candidates to office and/or site locations. Coordinate travel including arrival and departure of personnel to various company locations.
Coordinate with Government Relations team on the process of issuance of visas, work permits, medicals, security passes, and all other formalities to ensure candidates can work legally in the Country and/or project.
Arrange accommodation and transportation for all incoming and outgoing personnel.
Process mobilization/demobilization of personnel to and from project site locations. Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of employees between project and other Company work locations. Work with Project Administrators on current and forecasted mobilization/demobilization schedules of employees.
Coordinate with Administration Services and IT to ensure employees have been assigned the necessary IT equipment and office space.
Perform on-boarding activities including issuance of Employee ID numbers and HR inductions.
Coordinate with HSE and other departments for other required inductions.
Issue Employment Contracts and ensure all necessary employment forms are completed.
Coordinate with Government relations team on visas and other immigration/legal requirements.
Create Employee records in HRMS and ensure that all employee details and documents are uploaded.
Assist Employees in opening Bank accounts and update Employee Bank details in HRMS.
Ensure Employees are registered under the Company's applicable Insurance Plans.
Follow-up with Supervisors on Employee Probation confirmations.
