· Manage the recruitment and selection process.
· Recruit a quality workforce for the organization by testing and taking necessary interviews to select a quality resource for the company.
· Negotiate the salary package with the selected candidates to meet the allocated budget for each position.
· Conduct orientation and training programs for newly selected employees joining the organization.
· Check with newly inducted employees regarding their satisfaction with pay and other aspects related to the company.
· Ensure that employees receive frequent performance appraisals and remain motivated.
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, nurturing a positive working environment.
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
· Provide support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise, including reasonable accommodations and investigating allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.
· Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
· Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
· Maintain compliance with UAE labor law.
