As the HR Manager at ARABLAND, you will oversee all aspects of HR functions specifically for our real estate brokerage operations. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's growth objectives in the competitive brokerage market.
Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals in the real estate brokerage sector.
Develop, monitor, and analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve operations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience tailored to the real estate industry.
Employee Relations:
Promote a collaborative and engaging work environment to enhance employee satisfaction.
Address employee concerns and mediate disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that align with industry standards.
Provide managers with guidance and tools to address performance-related challenges.
Training and Development:
Identify skill gaps and create development programs to enhance employee performance in real estate sales and support roles.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with market standards.

Compliance and Policy Development:

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the real estate brokerage industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
