We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the medical industry to join our team and support the launch and growth of a new longevity medical clinic in the UAE. The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and talent management, ensuring alignment with the clinic's mission and adherence to medical industry standards and regulations. This role requires an HR professional with a deep understanding of the specific HR needs within healthcare, including recruiting specialized medical personnel and managing HR compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the medical field; manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- HR Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and healthcare-specific HR requirements, maintaining proper documentation and adherence to medical industry HR standards.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment; handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution in a manner that upholds clinic policies and core values.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems; work with department leaders to set performance goals and conduct regular employee assessments.
- Training and Development: Identify and implement training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff; ensure continuous professional development that aligns with medical standards and industry best practices.
- HR Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies that comply with legal and medical industry requirements; update policies as necessary to remain compliant with regulatory changes.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet industry standards; manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning initiatives in line with clinic expansion and operational needs, ensuring the right mix of skills and capabilities to meet patient care objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
- 8+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare or medical industry in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for specialized medical roles, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and healthcare-specific HR regulations, with experience ensuring compliance within a medical organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Experience in implementing HR policies and best practices within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle complex, sensitive HR issues.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance in healthcare HR.
