Location: Bangalore (2 months, Indiranagar) - Dubai (Onsite)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 15 days

CTC: Based on current CTC 30% hike

Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall growth and success of our team in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
2. Research into clients' companies.
3. Research into competitors and the marketplace.
4. Define job descriptions and document specifications and guide the team to deliver potential candidates.
5. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
6. Create a candidate persona for each open position.
7. Conduct confidential interviews and coordinate with the required panels.
8. Follow-up references and check credits.
9. Present shortlisted candidates.
10. Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
11. Build long-term client relationships.
12. Research and develop recruiting leads.
13. Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
14. Advise clients on best recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in recruiting and relevant experience in handling a team.
2. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
3. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
4. Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus.
5. Good knowledge of candidate selection methods.
6. Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
7. Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
8. Critical thinker and problem-solver.
9. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
10. Time-management skills and result-driven.
