Job description

Our client is a leading hospitality group based in Abu Dhabi looking for an experienced HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire HR function including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  3. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring that staffing levels meet operational needs.
  4. Manage employee relations by addressing issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Oversee the performance management process including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing development opportunities.
  6. Design and deliver training programs that support employee growth and align with business objectives.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
  8. Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.
  9. Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, engagement, and high performance.
  10. Provide HR support to department heads and management in all human resources matters.
  11. Manage employee records, HR systems, and reports to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and best HR practices.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  6. Experience with HR software and systems for managing employee records, performance, and payroll.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a MUST.
