Job Responsibilities

• HR Setup & Strategy: Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to support business operations.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
• HR Operations: Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and general HR functions.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure alignment with UAE labour laws and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in HR management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in setting up an HR function from scratch.
• Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently without initial team support.
• Confident personality to engage with senior stakeholders.
