HR Manager - Crypto Exchange

Overview

Our client is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and lead the human resources function from the ground up. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the organizational culture and talent strategy in the dynamic crypto space.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build and manage complete HR infrastructure including policies, procedures, and systems
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in the crypto space
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Establish performance management and career development frameworks
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Create and maintain a positive company culture
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in cryptocurrency/blockchain companies
• Proven track record of building HR functions from scratch
• Extensive network in the crypto talent space
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency industry trends and challenges
