We are looking to hire an HR Manager / Corporate Recruiter who will become integral part of the team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Searching, interviewing and recruiting best candidates for positions
Organizing team building activities, following up with daily performance of newly joined team members, assisting in raising the efficiency and professional abilities of employees.
Responsible for supporting the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE Labor Laws and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to support the overall business plan and objectives
Maintain and update employee records, including but not limited to, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance evaluations, and terminations
Assist in conducting investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions
Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on HR matters
Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to employee relations
Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
2-3 years experience in human resources management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Real Estate Industry is a plus
