Requirements:

At least three years of experience in the IT HR sphere;
Ability to drive the entire cycle of the recruitment process;
Good knowledge of staff adaptation, development, and motivation;
Able to prioritize quickly and accurately in a multitasking regime;
Experience in corporate culture building;
High level of organizational skills;
Upper-Intermediate English level;

Responsibilities:

Responsible for administrative support of all employees;
Organizing social and corporate events;
Recruiting and interviewing applicants;
Employee onboarding development and training;
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, compensation, and benefits plans;
Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
Monitoring working hours, vacations, and other related events;
IDP process (Performance Appraisal);
Company branding development;
