HR Manager (20-25,000 AED PM) - Dubai based - Piping and fittings company

At present, the RIG is working with a client who is looking for an HR Manager.

The client is a well-known piping and fittings firm with a strong name in the market.

The client is looking for an HR Manager with experience in all areas of HR, including HR policies, Recruitment, and Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience in HR.
• Strong HR background in all areas.

Salary Expectations: 20,000 - 25,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.
