HR Generalist / HR Manager

Applicants must already be based in the UAE to be considered for this role.

Work Location: RAK, UAE

Work Schedule: 3 days per week minimum in the office + 2 days per week work from home option. 9 hours per day (flexible).

Sector: Governmental

Estimated Salary Package: AED 20K - 25K per month + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight Allowance + Bonus

About the role:

This role will be well suited to a HR professional, who is passionate about people and places people at the heart of the organisation and its overall mission.

Required Profile:

1. 10+ years professional HR industry experience. Must have at least 5 years HR experience in the UAE.
2. Expertise in talent management and development - HR operations day to day, employee relations, training, L&D and succession planning.
3. Must have UAE work experience.
4. Character: Must be able to work with autonomy and limited supervision. Ethical, reliable, quick learner.
5. Communication: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) - as you will handle direct communication from the employees.
6. Qualifications: Degree educated in HR or similar.
