Job Description:
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the implementation of HR strategies aligned with our company’s goals. You will work closely with senior management to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Oversee employee training and development initiatives to foster career growth.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair offerings.
  • Oversee employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR software systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certifications preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
