Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
- Assist in the development of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate and oversee the outsourced IT services to ensure that technology resources are available and functioning optimally.
- Oversee the management of our facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor contracts.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- A background in law would be considered advantageous.
- Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
