We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead all HR operations for a Private Office for a royal family, managing diverse teams across various businesses as part of the office. This role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring candidates meet high standards.
  2. Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with Department Heads to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific strategies.
  3. Staff Integration: Ensure all new hires are fully briefed on roles, protocols, and expectations for seamless integration.
  4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate staff records, including contracts, performance reviews, and leave management.
  5. Policy Development: Create and implement job descriptions, SOPs, and tailored HR policies while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  6. Scheduling & Attendance: Oversee schedules, attendance, and leave to guarantee smooth operations.
  7. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for staff concerns, resolving grievances discreetly and professionally.
  8. Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance skills, covering areas like etiquette, household management, and specialized needs.
  9. Performance Management: Implement structured appraisals, providing feedback and growth plans for continuous improvement.
  10. Confidentiality & Security: Enforce privacy and security protocols across all operations, ensuring discretion at all times.
  11. Compliance & Documentation: Manage employment compliance, including contracts, permits, and workplace policies, adhering to labor laws.
  12. Crisis Management: Handle emergencies like disputes or absences with efficiency and professionalism.
  13. Offboarding: Oversee smooth transitions for departing staff, including benefits, repatriation, and visa cancellations.
  14. Payroll & Benefits: Manage salary disbursements, leave entitlements, and benefits in line with established policies.
  15. Contingency Planning: Develop strategies to address staff shortages or sudden requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in UAE Labour Law.
  3. Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication; fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of Arabic as a plus.
  2. UAE Driving License is a must for the role.
  3. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  4. Ability to manage diverse teams with empathy and professionalism.
  5. Absolute confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or private household settings.
