Job description

We are looking for a HR Manager for our Construction branch in the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Cycle;
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy;
  • Candidate Management;
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers;
  • Employer Branding;
  • Onboarding and Orientation;
  • Coordinating the hiring process (documentation, working visas etc);
  • Implementation and development of HR policies and procedures within the Company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR Department (experience in construction company is a plus);
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Quick adaptability;
  • Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
