Job description
Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Collaborate with management to address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
Assist in the development of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Coordinate and oversee the outsourced IT services to ensure that technology resources are available and functioning optimally.
Oversee the management of our facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor contracts.
Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
A minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
A background in law would be considered advantageous.
Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
