The role is of an HR Manager and the ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Represent the company in any real estate dispute and litigation.
Oversee overall legal aspects of employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor law, rules, and regulations applicable in real estate from an employment perspective.
Draft and review employment-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and employee handbooks.
Conduct training sessions for employees and management teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
5+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
