The Role: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for 6,000+ employees, focusing on blue-collar workforce management, labor compliance, and high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee HR policies and labor law compliance in the UAE
2. Lead high-volume recruitment and workforce planning
3. Manage employee relations, grievances, and HR strategy execution
4. Develop and implement HR processes for a large-scale workforce

Key Requirements:

1. 11+ years of HR experience in waste management, facility management, or construction
2. Strong expertise in blue-collar workforce management
3. Proven ability to manage HR operations for large-scale teams (1,000+ employees)
4. Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance
