Job Description:

We at Strategic Health Advisors are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Head with a background in the M&A industry to join our team. As our HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and operational administration.

1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
3. Draft policies to establish and maintain organizational culture.
4. Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
6. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
7. Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
8. Manage employee performance appraisal process and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
9. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
10. Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
11. Oversee the office administration (office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control).

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
2. 12 or more years of experience in HR & Admin management.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
