We are Looking For #HR #Generalist to Join Us from Office #Dubai

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

  1. Coordinating manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
  2. Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels.
  3. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  4. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications.
  5. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  6. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
  7. Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties, absence deductions).
  8. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  9. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
  10. Overseeing exit interviews.
  11. Managing performance appraisal.

Attractive Salary

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree is a must.
  2. Diploma in HR is a must.
  3. Experience: 3 years at least in HR field is a must in Dubai.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Working hours: 9 hrs. One day off.
  6. Fluent in English.
  7. Having a car and a valid driving license.
  8. Very good knowledge of Microsoft & internet.
  9. Applicant must be a resident of UAE.
