Implement the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests, providing assistance or directing correspondence to the appropriate team member.
Monitor internal HR systems and databases to ensure accurate registration of employee information.
Manage employee attendance and prepare attendance reports (daily/monthly/yearly).
Process end-of-month payroll deductions related to attendance.
Follow up with employee status change/cancellation.
Track employee leave requests.
Collaborate with other departments (payroll, benefits, etc.) to ensure seamless HR operations.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events while maintaining the team’s agenda.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires, updating records accordingly.
Assist management in performance appraisal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
HR certification is preferred.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data.
