Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
    Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  2. Performance Management:
    Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes. Support managers in performance-related discussions and coaching.
  3. Compliance and Policy Management:
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  4. HR Administration:
    Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare reports and metrics related to HR activities.

Skills Required to Fulfill the Position:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a generalist.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
