HR Generalist

LHH is looking for a HR Generalist for our client, a Non Profit Organization here in NYC. This person should have experience with multiple functions of Human Resources and be comfortable working 100% on-site, in person in New York City. The HR Generalist will be part of a three person HR Team and support an employee population of 300 people. This Temp to Perm position will compensate between $30-35/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Recruiting for all levels of positions
2. Employee Relations
3. HRIS/Payroll Support: make updates and changes
4. Benefits: Assist with Open Enrollment
5. Employee Relations

Requirements:

1. 2+ years’ experience in a HR position
2. Experience using an ATS/HRIS system
3. Experience recruiting/screening candidates and assisting with onboarding
